Hot Fudge Peanut Sundae
I didn't get much cooking done this weekend. Saturday we went to see Jets Over Head in concert. They are an awesome band from here in Canada.

I made a vegan pizza tonight for dinner. However, it was only after hubby and I devoured it that I realized I forgot to take a picture. I make pizza often so I will share a photo eventually.
We had hot fudge peanut sundaes for desert and I managed to take photo of that.
To make the hot fudge:
1 large handful of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon of soy milk or other non-dairy milk
Put in the microwave for 45 seconds, then stir.
I used store bought vanilla soy ice cream and topped it all with Spanish peanuts.
I hope all of you had a wonderful weekend. It ended a little too soon for me. How about you?

I don't really care for ice cream, so that doesn't appeal to me, but the vegan pizza sure does!

Kathy, I am addicted to ice cream! I'll have to share one of my pizzas with you.
