Giveaway: The Lifeboat by Charlotte Rogan
Thanks to Anna Balasi of Little Brown and Company, I am giving away 3 copies of The Lifeboat.

Book Description:
The Lifeboat is an utterly provocative read. It asks the simple question of "What would you do to save your life?" but answers it in the most complex of scenarios. Its narrator, Grace, takes you into her world and presents the story as she sees it unfold from her seat in the lifeboat. Her observations leave you thinking, and when everything ought to be how it should be, you wonder just when you crossed that line with the narrator between humanity and survival.Grace Winter, 22, is both a newlywed and a widow. She is also on trial for her life.
In the summer of 1914, the elegant ocean liner carrying her and her husband Henry across the Atlantic suffers a mysterious explosion. Setting aside his own safety, Henry secures Grace a place in a lifeboat, which the survivors quickly realize is over capacity. For any to live, some must die.As the castaways battle the elements, and each other, Grace recollects the unorthodox way she and Henry met, and the new life of privilege she thought she'd found. Will she pay any price to keep it?
The Lifeboat is a page-turning novel of hard choices and survival, narrated by a woman as unforgettable and complex as the events she describes.

Survival stories are always thrilling. I'm not sure what I would do but I would be desperate to save my life. It'll be interestign to see others placed in situations where they have to do things that are not like them.
