Thursday -2 (Walking with D.J.)

 Total =  5 miles

43 miles down, 23 to go.

Great job Teddy! You are almost there.

Coutney, your still pretty young so it shouldn't be too had getting of 15 lbs. Even if you do a half hour 3 times a week, it`s a start. Besides, you sure got a workout in New York!
