Maibox Monday

Though I don't celebrate Christmas, Bill and I exchange gifts with his mother , sister, and brother.  They don't live in Vancouver so we receive gifts in the mail.

What a great mailbox! I also picked Fast and Fresh Vegetarian so that I can have some ideas on what to cook for my vegetarian daughter that WE will also eat! :)

Julie, I couldn't pass that one up. I have been a vegan for over 20 years. The description said a lot of the recipes are vegan or could be made vegan. You can also find tons of recipes in the internet.
