Today Is a Sad Day for Our Book Blogging Community
It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I announce to those of you who may not know, that Dewey of The Hidden Side of a Leaf passed away last Tuesday evening.
Dewey has been a big part of our blogging community and has hosted many important challenges and events. These include Weekly Geeks, The 24 Hour Read-a-thon, the BookWorms Carnival, and the Graphic Novel Challenge.
Dewey’s husband posted about her passing on her blog.
Dewey you will be greatly missed! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

No it doesn't! I never met her face-to-face, but I feel like a sister died. I can't beleive it.

I'm still find it hard to believe also. It's funny how we become so used to our online friends that they too feel like family.

I'm glad I was too busy at work today to check messages. I am so sad, that work was a respite. Dar, we are like family.
