Great giveaway! I'd love to win these books because Octavia Butler's Kindred was one of my favorite reads a few years ago, and I'd love to try another by her. Oh, and I enjoyed Breena Clarke's River, Cross My Heart and would love to try some more of her work, too. And, last year I won a copy of Say You're One of Them, but it must have got lost in the mail or something because I never got it, and I'm still a bit depressed about it... What's a girl to do? Why, try and win another copy of course! I'm subscribed in Google Reader. E-mail address is toadacious1 at yahoo dot com. Thanks! =)

Hi Teddy,
Please enter my name to win this great set of books! Most of them my daughter and I can get at our library but we would love to win so we could donate them to the English 12 African Heritage Literature class at the local High School. This is the course my daughter put the most work into and got the most out of — through their dedication to the objectives of the course and their exhaustive fund raising, they were able to enjoy an educational trip to Cuba and were honoured to be able to bring Cival Rights Icon Ruby Bridges to their school as a guest speaker.
I am a follower. :)

I would love to win these books so that I can read them and share these books with my family and friends. I have read and reviewed 2 out of the 8 books, but I would really love to read the other 6!! I would giveaway the 2 books that I already have copies of, to my son's school library; they are always in need of more literature and my little guy enjoys reading just as much as I do!
Please enter me Teddy. :-)
