I received 2 books last week:
I don't normally care for mysteries but have read some really good reviews so I think I will try it when I get the chance.
I received 2 books last week:
I won the book of my choice from The Book Depository, thanks to Lesa of at Baja's Cozy Book Nook.
I received this book from St. Martin's Press. I hadn't requested it by the author, C.W. Gortner had them send it to me since I enjoyed 2 of his previous books,The Last Queen and .The Confessions of Catherine de Medici.I don't normally care for mysteries but have read some really good reviews so I think I will try it when I get the chance.

I'd like to read both of those! I haven't read Gortner yet, but I hear he's awesome! Thanks for stopping by. Happy reading :)

I've been meaning to read Gortner's books (even though I'm only mildly interested in historical fiction). Hope you enjoy his latest one as much as the first two!

Lady Q, The Last Queen is my favorite with The Confessions of Catherine de Medici running a very close second.

I do hope I get a chance to read the Gortner book. Unlikely to have access to it for a very long time though!

Mystica, I hope you get to as well! I sent a book to another blogger in India once and it took over 9 months until it arrived. I had already lost hope that it would arrive.
